1406a Boscobel St, Nashville TN 37206Nashville is one of the more popular cities in the United States (and especially in Tennessee). This has a lot to do with its successful market and tremendous growth and development. If you are going to move to Nashville, you want to know where the best places to move are right? Here are the hottest neighborhoods in the city right now.

The Gulch

When people talk about Nashville, the Gulch is the first neighborhood that anyone wants to talk about. It is hard to believe that this neighborhood was once a neglected railroad yard when you think about how popular it is today.

The neighborhood offers a very urban lifestyle that people really embrace. It is a great environment for working, living, and playing. There are over 15 restaurants and 10 retail stores in this neighborhood.

East Nashville

East Nashville easily makes the top of the list for hottest neighborhoods in Nashville. This fact can be based on nothing more than the number of houses that have been sold in this neighborhood recently. How could this neighborhood not have good things to offer with so many people moving here?

This is a neighborhood where homes that go on the market do not stay on the market for very long. In fact, it is not uncommon for homes for sale in this neighborhood to have several offers. People are very eager to move to this cozy neighborhood.

Sylvan Park

This is a neighborhood that is ideal for families or anyone who enjoys being in an active community. It is a very close-knit neighborhood. Café Nonna is what this neighborhood is known for. It is a small Italian restaurant with food that is to die for.

If you are thinking about moving to Nashville, these three neighborhoods should definitely be on your list of options to consider. Everyone knows they are hot though, so you might have a little trouble finding a home!
