WeGo Public Transit is the Nashville public transportation system that operates the buses, the Downtown Star Shuttle buses, and train services throughout Nashville. Most of the bus stops are along Edgehill Avenue, which is within walking distance for most residents. 

For healthcare, the Vanderbilt University Medical Center is directly west of Music Row. The Easley Community Center in Rose Park has fitness programs for adults and an afterschool program for kids between 6 and 14 years of age.

Shopping for residents is mainly concentrated in the northern part of Music Row-Edgehill.
