If you already have an account and want to log in to see properties just click on the link on the registration page that says "Already have an account? Login Here" in the top left hand corner.
The interactive map search is a state of the art technologically advanced search option. The cool feature here is that each time you change your home search parameters the map will repopulate with the home icons that represent links to homes that match your search profile.
For example: the price range drop down menus, at the top of the map, can narrow down the price range you are looking at. i.e. $250,000 to say $350,000 or whatever price range you choose.
If you look across the top of the map search parameters you can see that you can narrow your search down using a number of options. If you only want to look at homes in say Hendersonville, use the City drop down to select Hendersonville as your city.
Now you can refine your search using the minimum and maximum prices to create range that you will feel comfortable wiith. Just below on the second line is the Property Type drop down menu where you can select the type of real estate you are interested in.
The next set of search parameters enable you to select the minimum number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
You can also zoom in for greater detail. If you want to select a specific area just place your mouse on the map and the hand icon will appear. If you left click with your mouse the icon will show the hand "garbbing" hold of the map which allows you to drag the map around and recenter over any area of interest.
If you want to see the area in greater detail just use the zoom function found in the top left hand corner. The closer you move to the top of the slider the closer you will zoom into the properties. You can really see this when you select satellite. You can now watch as you move closer and closer to the earths surface and see the surroundings of any property you are interested in.
The hybrid view option allows you to see the road names superimposed on to the satelite map.
Once you have registered to search you will be able to access advanced features such as Googles Street View which will give you even more information about the property. Also you'll have access to the community information with useful socio economic indicators and reports such as average houshold net worth, crime statistics, weather and climate as well as information about closest schools, colleges and airports etc.

As the market is moving so quickly in Tennessee we have set up the ability for you to track an individual home and get text alerts when there is a status change, ie it has some kind of offer on the property, or if there is a price change.
The real estate market in Nashville is moving very quickly and being able to stay up to date with new listings is vital when it comes to getting that dream home under offer.
Our site is updated every 15 minutes so, if you're serious about getting that special home before anyone else, you need to have the new listing alerts sent instantly as a text message to your phone, as well as your email address, rather than waiting for the traditional daily email update. This can mean the difference between being the first to submit an offer or being a backup!
If you would like to stay as up to date as possible with all the new listings and price reductions that match your search profile then simply fill out the additional information required below and please add the carrier for your cell phone. Just make sure you tick the box for "Optional Text Alerts" and select your cell phone provider.
As soon as the updates for new listings and price reductions are released, you will be notified via TXT message to your phone which will give you a head start and 1st opportunity to review the updates.
Also follow the instructions below for turning on text alerts if you have already signed up.
To do this just use the button that says RECEIVE TEXT UPDATES just below the Contact Agent and Apply for a Mortgage buttons on the right.
You can see the button in this property example below to the right.
The next step is to just add your cell phone number and what kind of alerts you want. You can get just the status updates, which will let you know if the property is under contract with a contract contingency or for a price change...or you can select both.
Remember, you have to select your cell phone service provider—ie Verizon or ATT.
If you have previously unsubscribed from getting listing updates and now want to re subscribe just follow the instructions below.
Make sure you are signed in to your account on the website. You will be able to tell this by looking at the top of this page. If you only see "Sign Up" and "Sign In" you will just have to log in with your email address.
Once you are logged in, you will see the link in the main menu for "My Favorites"
This will take you to your dashboard and your current favorites, if you have any, but also you will see in the header menu a link called "Preferences" Click on the word Preferences.
You'll now be taken to your "Preferences" and you can see below that there is a section called " Subscription Settings". To resume the listing updates you just tick the boxes.
Once you've accessed your subscription settings, just tick the boxes shown below.

To see any of the homes that you have added as favorites you will first have to make sure you are logged in. If you are logged in you will see the MY ACCOUNT to the right just above the blog section.
If you don't see the "MY ACCOUNT" heading, just login with your email address that you used to register and you will then have access.If you are not logged in this is how the same area will look:
