March is an interesting month for events in Nashville. The combination of St. Patrick's Day, Mardi Gras and plenty of blooming flowers and trees, makes for a great month for events. Here are some of the best events happening throughout the Music City in March.
Tennessee Flavors - March 13th
This event will start at 5:30pm at the Nashville State Community College student services center. Proceeds will go to the Nashville State Foundation and the Randy Rayburn School of Culinary Arts. The vent will provide over 70 Tennessee restaurants, wineries and beverage producers.
Main Street Brew Fest - March 15th
Held in Downtown Franklin, this brew fest will provide over 70 different craft beers and more than 30 tasting locations. It will be held from 6pm to 9pm on Saturday, March 15th and will include plenty of music, food, drinks and fun for St. Patrick's Day. Tickets are $40 per person.
Winter Jam Spectacular The Winter - March 16th
This event will be held at the Bridgestone Arena and will provide plenty of fun for everybody to enjoy.
Cheekwood in Bloom - March 22nd to April 20th
As Cheekwood starts to bloom, this event will provide plenty of beautiful gardens with all types of flowers to enjoy. Over 100,000 tulips will bloom throughout the end of March and beginning of April. The event is one of the largest of its kind in the area.
3rd Annual Great Futures Gala - March 27th
The Great Future Gala will once again benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee. This is a Hollywood Celebrity fundraiser and will provide a great way to raise funds for the Boys & Girls Club. Rob Lowe will be on hand, along with many other celebrities.
These are just a few of the many events happening throughout Nashville in March. Many other concerts, galas, festivals and other events will take place throughout the month, as well.
