These will be homes that support the overall well being of people living there in many different ways to include circadian-rhythm lighting and UV filtration systems. Cottage homes will range from 850 square feet to 1,600 square feet and prices range from $200,000 to $300,000.
The cottages will feature "circadian rhythm lighting that can subtly transition its color palette to mimic the sun, thus aiding residents to be more alert in the morning and to more easily wind down at night" said the owner of MiKen Development, Mike Kenner.
