You will have the opportunity to "show" your home to people who call on your sign.

When someone calls you for more information about your home, you can "pre-screen" them by letting them see "your" web page.

All you have to do is make sure you get the potential buyer's name, number, and e-mail address and then e-mail your home's personal web page to the buyer.

This way you "register" your clients so you know who has seen your home and keep a track of the clients that you have generated.

 

What's in it for the agent?


A. In my years of experience, I have found that:

- 90% of FSBO sellers eventually hire a Realtor because they find the process is too time-consuming and they want to deal with qualified buyers. Also, they do not have the opportunity to show their home during the workday.

-Most FSBO shoppers are investors, perpetual lookers, or bargain hunters. They have no intention of letting you save the brokerage fees.
