Hunters Bend Elementary School opened its doors to a host of knowledge-thirsty elementary school students in the fall of 1995. With the addition of a 10-classroom wing in 1998 and the addition of an outdoor science classroom in 1999, Hunters Bend Elementary School now offers 34 classrooms, a gymnasium cafeteria and, most importantly, a rather expansive library. It is for this reason that students of Williamson County Schools are poised for excellence and success, and students here at Hunters Bend Elementary School are no exception to this fact.
As with all of the schools of the award-winning Williamson County Schools system, there is a very involved PTO here at Hunters Bend Elementary School. Most area principals and school executives strongly agree that parents play a very important role in the educational process for their children. This being said, it is encouraged that parents do what they can to play as much of a part in their child's education as possible. This further reinforces the idea that each and every child is capable of achieving the success and excellence we all strive to accomplish.
