Farmington Housing Market
The Farmington real estate market offers plenty of classic, suburban amenities to homeowners, like sidewalks, marked entrances, and convenient access to points of interest within Clarksville. The Farmington subdivision was developed by Crabbe Homes. The development company offers more than two dozen floor plans, ranging from 1300-3200 square feet, as well as a custom build option, and a variety of builders have constructed additional homes in the neighborhood, so they don't all look identical. The community is mostly made up of two-story, contemporary, and ranch-style houses, many of which are new construction.
Existing homes are less than 10 years old. Most of the homes for sale have three or four bedrooms, two or more baths, and attached garages that accommodate two to three cars. Most property listing prices are in the upper 200's to mid-300's. The neighborhood is considered one of the most desirable real estate markets in the Clarksville metro area outside of city limits, and there were 36 new homebuyers in Farmington in 2015, with an average sale price of $302,500. The Farmington community is still expanding, with lots currently available to builders, leaving ample opportunities for residents to buy a home in this up-and-coming subdivision.
Farmington Neighborhood Amenities
The Farmington neighborhood is located just across from a Walmart and a short drive from several eateries and amenities, including the Looking Glass Restaurant & Gourmet Bakery, Sam's Greek Café, and the Tilted Kilt sports bar. It's just a seven-minute drive from Governor's Square Mall and twenty minutes from the eclectic boutiques and specialty shops of Historic Downtown Clarksville. For outdoor recreation, there's the Clarksville Greenway, Billy Dunlop Park, Kleeman Community Center, and the New Providence Recreation Area.

One of the Farmington community's standout features is that it is zoned to the Rossview School District, one of the top-rated districts in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System. Neighborhood schools are located within two miles of the Farmington subdivision.
