Amanda Pharr

Amanda Pharr, a Nashville native, is ecstatic to be a part of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage.

She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University  with a Bachelor of Science in Education.  She taught middle school Algebra, Pre-algebra, and coached varsity boys soccer at a top-ranked middle school in Williamson County for a few years.  Amanda began her real estate career in 2005, selling new construction with one of Nashville’s premier home builders in the region.  She learned the ins and outs of the building process and sold new homes all over the greater Nashville area.  Amanda’s  experiences working with sellers and buyers have helped her become an extremely knowledgeable and well-rounded agent.  You will not find someone as honest, determined, and hard-working as Amanda.  She will go above and beyond to help ensure her clients have the best home-buying or selling experience possible. Amanda lives just outside of Nashville with her husband and five children,  She enjoys running, traveling, spending time with her family, and being involved in her local community.
