Originally from California, Alicia DePalma moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2022 and is proud to be a part of the Nashville community and call it her home. Real Estate has always been a dream of hers and since moving has worked for the Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage - the #1 RE/MAX team in the world! Her initial work focused on real estate operations and supporting the team of agents. Before pursuing a career in real estate, Alicia earned a master’s degree in education at Arizona State University and devoted over a decade to the teaching profession.

Alicia’s passions include attending concerts, dining, traveling, and discovering new places. This has not only enriched her life but has allowed her to form meaningful connections with people from all over the country. Having lived in four different states, she understands firsthand the challenges of buying and selling a home.
