Kelly Schimmel: TAREG of RE/MAX Advantage

Kelly is a Nashville native that has watched this city grow into the wonderful place it is today! She has lived in Nashville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Lebanon, and Old Hickory, while having family and friends in about every other surrounding city. You can ask her just about anything about Nashville because she has the answer!

Kelly grew up in a real estate family with her father a builder and her mother a Realtor. She learned to read blueprints right along with her ABC’s. She can remember having MLS books in the back seat of their car that her mother used to search for land and houses before everything went online. Her life was like an HGTV show!

After studying at the University of Tennessee for three years, Kelly came back to Nashville and completed her Marketing degree at Western Kentucky University, while diving into the real estate world. Kelly is in her 15th year as a Realtor and has loved every moment. She has had the privilege to help so many wonderful people find their dream home.

Kelly currently lives in Gallatin, TN with her husband, Nick, and three children, Remington, Bain, and Lillian. She loves to spend time with her family and three dogs, cook new recipes her kids send her from Instagram, and explore new restaurants.
