The Governors Club

The Governors Club in Brentwood is perhaps one of the most upscale and desired addresses in Williamson County. Homes in this development start around $800,000 and can go as high as $7,000,000

In developing areas like Whitehouse, just to the north of Nashville, a championship golf course has been built in the new development Bear Creek .

Westhaven in Franklin

Franklin is also home to a new golf course scheduled to open in 2009 as part of the residential community at Westhaven.

Westhaven's 18-hole golf course, designed by international architect Arthur Hills/Steve Forrest and Associates, will be unlike any other golf course in Middle Tennessee in its desire to have un obscured fairways and numerous upscale amenities.

Fairvue Plantation

Fairvue Plantation is the only communbity in the Nashville area that is on a lake. This honor may be changed soon as the owners of Fairvue have bought another old plantation home called Foxlands on the lake and they plan to develop that as a sister golf course community due to the success of Fairvue.

This course is set to open mid July 2008 and already the "test" rounds have begun! Homes are for sale and so far 100 lots have been sold.
