This site does not focus on only RE/MAX and my listings.
You have access to all the real estate listed in the Middle Tennessee MLS whether it be the major national real estate companies like: RE/MAX. Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Keller Williams or the smaller local companies like Crye-Leike and Bob Parks.
This site is updated daily from the Middle Tennessee Regional Multiple Listing Service known as RealTracs. This is in effect the same site that realtors use on a daily basis to list homes and give thier clients information regarding new listings and any price reductions.
There are a very small number of realtors that do not share their listings with the public version of the MLS*. In fact, this is doing their clients a dis-service by not exposing their listing to the full marketing power of the MLS on the internet.
The RealTracs is updated every day and so is www.NashvillesMLS.com
If a property is shown then it is still an active listing. It may have an offer accepted later that day and become a pending listing at which point the listing is withdrawn from the site.
We have organized the data so that you have the opportunity to search the MLS data base in a variety of ways.
With Nashvilles MLS you have the ability to create and save as many searches as you like.
If you want to search by MLS numbers you can do that very easily and quickly.
You can even search by Zip code as well as by the actual sub division you are interested in.
If you have 3 or 4 subdivisions that you are really interested in and want to keep a track of the new listings or price reductions just create a search and then name it after the sub division. For example, if you are interested only in searches in the Governors Club, you can create a search using the price parameters and rooms that you want. Then save the search as "Governors Club 1"
Once you have that search saved you can create additional searches for any other areas or subdivisions you are interested in.
