Nashville Equestrian Property
Nashville is the center of some of the finest equestrian properties in the country.
Brentwood and Franklin, just to the south of Nashville, are also beginning to create and develop a new theme of Equestrian subdivisions, such as Beechwood Plantation, where each lot is usually a minimum of 5 acres and in some cases can go to well over 20 acres.

Williamson county has long been the home to some of the most substantial and well respected horse farms. These multi million dollar properties occasionally come on the market in such areas as Leipers Fork, Arrington, Nolensville and even Franklin and Brentwood.
Williamson County is also home to the Agricultural Exposition Center, known as the Ag Expo Center. This is a great place to meet and network with other horse lovers from the area and others that are just passing through.

These equestrian developments are being created all over the greater Nashville area. Hendersonville and Gallatin will soon have there own equestrian development for those people who not only love there horses but would like to be in a community where all the home owners share that special appreciation and bond known to horse lovers and owners.
Shelbyville to the south of Nashville and Murfreesboro is the home of the Tennessee Walking Horse. Unfortunately there have been some unscrupulous trainers and dealers that have tainted the good name of the majority of Tennessee walking horse associates. Hopefully with the national exposure of the inhumane practices the desire for a "perfect" gait will diminish and the natural gait of the walkers will once again be appreciated by the judges as well as the general public.
