A proposed  $140 million riverfront condominium in Nashville that was approved 2 years ago and is being built by Broderick Buiders and realtor turned developer Brian Kemp who collectively are known as BK partners.

The marketing of the units will start in August 2008 in a slightly different condo market to the conceptual planning 5 years ago but the developers are confident they have done their home work and they will be offering a product that will generate it's own demand in terms of loacation, quality and design.

The location on the riverfront will add an appeal that is finite in itself much like the buyers who will pay extra to live on the lake. Lakefront property has always been seen as a great long term investment as the common saying goes :they aren't building any more lakes!"
