Franklin: Best Value for Condos
Posted by Gary Ashton: RE/MAX on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010 at 9:39am.Franklin TN has long been one of the boom areas for real estate in the Greater Nashville area. It's historic downtown area, rolling scenic hills, the equestrian influence, fantastic shopping and well developed infrastructure have all added to the appeal of the Franklin area. Combine that with the allure of a well recognised public school system and you can really appreciate why Franklin is a big attraction for homeowner and developers alike.
The condo market in Franklin is somethng that doesn't immeadiately spring to mind when considering the housing market in Williamson county but this is one area that is proving to be ofering some fantastic value, especially in the resale of some the developments from the mid 2000's.
The townhome development in Forrest Crossing in Franklin is a great example of the value available for the quality of construction and location. The fact that it is situated on the edge of a golf course, and backs up to common land, means that the homeowners have the best of both worlds..manicured lawns with great landscaping as well as open spaces for recreational activities.
One of the townhomes that represents exceptional value is the home at 1140 Culpepper Circle This is a great example of what a well appointed townhome has to offer. At just over 2,500 sq ft and 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths this townhome is definately a very serious contender for the homeowner looking for space, style and value in the Franklin TN real estate market.
