Pre List Property Definition

These are homes and properties that have agreed to list for sale with The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage but are in the process of being added in to the Multiple Listing Service in Middle TN called Realtracs.

This is because there is a period of time where by the seller will want to make some changes to the property based our our advice, of the request of the seller, so that the property is being shown at its best. This maybe as simple as making sure the landscaping is ready for pictures, or significant work is being to repair or enhance the property.
