Originally from Birmingham, AL, Perri began her career in event planning but soon found her calling in the real estate industry, inspired by her mother’s example.

In March 2020, Perri made the bold decision to uproot her life and move to Nashville, TN to pursue her dream of becoming a successful real estate agent. With no friends or family in the area, she focused all her energy on learning the ins and outs of the Middle TN market and developing her skills as an agent.

Initially, Perri focused on helping flippers, developers, and landlords find their next investment property, quickly establishing herself as a rising star in the industry. Over time, she expanded her knowledge of the market and began representing buyers and sellers in both on and off-market transactions.

As of 2023, Perri has represented clients in over 115 transactions, earning a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable agent with a deep commitment to her clients' needs. Her goal is to make the buying and selling process as stress-free as possible for her clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
