TAREG of RE/MAX Advantage
After spending much of her adult life in ministry leadership, Kendall Gray is a Realtor® who brings her passion for loving and helping people into the business world. Kendall’s clients trust her because they know that she will:
- Take time to educate them on the process of listing and/or purchasing their home
- Consistently keep them updated and informed
- Advise them on what is best for them and their situation, even if that means walking away from a deal or waiting until a later date to make a move
- Serve them with the highest level of excellence!
Kendall knows that no two real estate transactions are alike. Everyone has a different situation that needs to be considered from the start. For this reason, Kendall will insist on sitting down with a buyer or seller so she can listen and learn about what her clients’ individual needs are. Then, together they can come up with a plan that works best for them!
As the 2015 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors®, Kendall has embraced a leadership role in the industry and focused on raising the standard of service provided by local agents. She has received several awards for great service throughout her career, and has many accolades from her clients and other industry professionals.
Personally, Kendall is a proud mother of two incredible ‘almost-grown’ children. Originally from Metro Detroit, she has lived in just about every corner of the Nashville Area over the last 25 years, but currently calls Murfreesboro home. She still volunteers weekly or monthly for several local charities like Last Call 4 Grace Ministries, The Journey Home, Stepping Stones Safe Haven, and her local church. She is also proud to be a supporter of The Children’s Miracle Network, where a portion of every one of her transactions is donated to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.
Kendall Gray is someone who truly does “business to make a difference” in her community and in the lives of those she serves.
