Jay is a Nashville native who has a wealth of knowledge about the different communities of Middle Tennessee. After growing up in Hendersonville, Jay graduated from Western Kentucky University and then moved back to Nashville, spending over a decade working in the local advertising community. During this time he worked with local and regional clients building local campaigns targeted to communities from Dickson to Mt Juliet and Springfield to Murfreesboro. While accomplishing all the goals he set out to accomplish in advertising, Jay became interested in the Nashville Real Estate Market and growth that has improved this city in the past decade. Most of this was due to the great pride and pleasure that Home Ownership brought Jay and his wife Molly.
During the past 15 year, he became a "Nashville Nomad" living in most areas of Nashville including South Nashville, Madison, Bellevue, Franklin, and Hermitage area. Throughout this nomad phase, he improved his life and became more of an asset to the Nashville Community and a extremely respectable and productive member of society. He started to volunteer his time regularly and assist the people around him improve their lives as well. The opportunity to help others and give back, without expectations, helped him improve and learn about himself. That also happened to be when he meet his wife, Molly, and they have been together ever since.
With a finely tuned set of ears, he makes his career in Real Estate a personal commitment to help clients find exactly what they want in their perfect home. Jay knows that purchasing a home is most likely the biggest investment most people make, but he also knows that it can be one of life's best rewards.
