Charlie Tooley began his real estate career with the Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage as an Inside Sales agent. In this position, he generated leads for over 160 agents and learned the ins and outs of the business. Charlie excelled in this position and contributed to the team's successes as they closed over 100 million dollars in sales. His pivotal role as an inside sales agent allowed Charlie to develop his skills. Charlie is a master at communication, customer service, and consistency.

After transitioning into a full-time agent, Charlie took every opportunity to learn from the best! He sought out the mentorship of two top-producing agents within the brokerage, one being his wife Viyaleta Tooley. Learning from the best in the business has allowed Charlie to make this transition from the Sales department to the field seamless and successful. Charlie has a variety of Real Estate influences within his family. His Uncle (Mike Richardson) is a top-producing Commercial Real Estate Agent, and his Grandfather (Charles Garnett) is a Commercial Real Estate Investor both in the state of Indiana inspired him to pursue a career in the industry.

Charlie currently resides North of Nashville in Hendersonville and he services the greater Nashville area. Charlie's work ethic and determination and willingness to assist his clients with genuine care and friendship have propelled his career to new levels. He loves going through the buying and selling process with his clients and makes sure they receive the best experience possible!

In his personal life... Charlie and his wife, Viyaleta Tooley, have a baby girl on the way, and a loving Golden Retriever, Titan. When Charlie isn’t busy selling homes and writing contracts he coaches group fitness classes, loves to workout, enjoys going on walks with his family and dog, and LOVES watching sports. He graduated from Cal State Monterey Bay where he was a four-year collegiate basketball player and received a degree in Business Management.
