After 30 years of service in education, Bonita Nolan retired and moved to Nashville to live out her dream of selling real estate in the city she loves. She has a BS, M.Ed, and Ed.S from Middle Tennessee State University and completed her coursework and passed the comprehensive exam for her doctorate degree at Tennessee State University. Over the years, she has taught from elementary school aged students to college level students at Motlow and the University of the South. She served in various roles at the school district level in supervisory positions including instructional technology, state testing, Coordinated School Health, and others.

Bonita earned her real estate license in 2012 and has been assisting others in reaching their real estate goals ever since. She genuinely enjoys helping others through the process of buying and selling a home as well as building life-long friendships with her clients along the way. Bonita currently resides in downtown Nashville in the heart of music city! She enjoys music of all genres and especially enjoys spending time in the various music venues around town listening to the many talented musicians that bring our beautiful city to life! If you see her out and about, you will also see her precious “side kick” Bitsy, a beautiful shih tzu/poodle mix that is her best friend!
