If you want to enjoy plenty of great family fun, you can at the Zoo. GooGoo presents Zoovie Nights and two dates still remain. This is more than just a night at the zoo watching a moving, however. These nights include inflatables, music, games, access to the carousel and so much more. When the sun sets, the feature film will be played on a huge screen and you may want to bring a blanket.
Families can enjoy an entire day at the Zoo before Zoovie night starts, which makes this the perfect way to spend the day with your kids. Enjoy all the animals throughout the zoo and when 6pm hits, you can relax and enjoy the events of the night.
The night will kick off with plenty of inflatable fun, a DJ and games on the Festival Field. Your kids can enjoy face painting, grab snacks and food from the concessions and even ride on the Carousel. The movie doesn't start until sunset, so you have plenty of time to enjoy the festival-like atmosphere before relaxing for the movie.
The entire day can be a family day with an event like this. Sometimes you have to plan special time for your family to be together and these two dates give you the perfect opportunity.
Zoo Admission and Hours
The zoo is $15 for adults and $10 for children 2 to 12 years of age. You can start your adventure early at 9am or arrive anytime in the afternoon for a day at the zoo. Spend time enjoying the animals and all the zoo offers until 6pm.
Zoovie Nights Admissions and Hours
If you spend the day at the zoo, you don't have to pay for Zoovie Night. It's included, but those just coming out for the night can get in for $5 per person. The night will last until 9:30pm with the show starting when the sun goes down.
June 28th will feature the movie Madagascar and September 13th will feature Paranorman.
