Check out Nashville’s Etch, a newer farm-to-table restaurant in downtown’s SoBro district. Created by Chef Deb Paquette, the restaurant is unique, playful and ovation-worthy according to Carrington Fox of the Nashville Scene.

You can find the restaurant on the ground floor of the Encore tower of downtown Nashville where the arrangement includes a private dining room with an open kitchen. Check out this fantastic restaurant in downtown Nashville six days a week.

About Etch

The restaurant is located at 303 Demonbreun Street in downtown Nashville. The restaurant serves lunch Monday through Friday and dinner Monday through Saturday while closing on Sundays. They are handicap accessible, smoke free, vegetarian friendly and features a full bar. This contemporary, farm-to-table restaurant is found inside the Encore Tower and only opened in August of 2012.

What to expect

Etch features a private dining room, a full bar and open kitchen with bar-style seating. You’ll be able to interact with the chef and the kitchen if you sit there. The restaurant features worldwide flavors, an extensive wine list and decadent desserts. Owner Chef Deb Paquette has been recognized for her being one of Nashville’s best chefs and best restaurant multiple times.

Start with the Butter Tasting appetizer featuring prosciutto truffle, smoked parmesan black pepper, malt vinegar and ginger cashew. Enjoy a Beets and Berries Salad before digging into your Pork Tenderloin with a side of charred Broccoli. If you go in for lunch, try options like the Wild Rice Salad, the Duck Pastrami Panini or the Thai Chicken & Quinoa followed by the Meyer Lemon Tart or Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding. Pair your meal with something off of the huge wine list, a beer, tea, coffee or cold drink.

You can check out Etch six days a week from 5-10pm for dinner and 11am-2pm for lunch. It’s the newest concept from Chef Deb Paquette and is one of the best restaurants in the state.
