Poston at the Park Condos For Sale, NashvilleLocated at the corner of Poston Avenue and 30th Avenue North in Nashville’s West End neighborhood lies an opportunity that’s become hard to find in town right now—new construction condos. With such an undeniable shortage in inventory, it’s certainly no surprise to see an incredible amount of interest in one of Nashville’s newest condo developments, especially given its location in one of the hottest neighborhoods in town.

Called Poston at the Park, this dynamic new development features just 27 condos that range between 1,498 and 3,453 square feet in size, but with the bulk of the units offering between 1,498 and 1,954 square feet. Although residential new construction inventory is down, what is available certainly seems to be selling as we inch closer to the halfway point of 2016.
