An event perfect for the kids, the LEGO KidsFest will be held at the Music City Cent from April 17th to 19th. This event is a three-day, nationally-traveling, interactive LEGO event with plenty of hand-son fun. Build with LEGOs, enjoy activities and enjoy plenty of entertainment for the entire family.

Some of the things you will find at the event include:

  • LEGO Model Museum - Enjoy the miniature and lifestyle models found throughout the events. All of the items are made with LEGO bricks.

  • Brick Battle Zone - Plenty of Tower Speed Builds, Relay Races and other contests will be available for engaging fun.

Nashville’s skyline is going to be changing soon due to the addition of some new high-rises in Midtown. One of the first things people are getting used to seeing when entering Nashville is cranes going up everywhere. Midtown is growing and it’s happening quickly, all at once. Virgin is coming to Music Row in 2016, luxury apartments are coming to the corner of Broadway and 17th Avenue plus a mixed-use development is coming to the area. The town is known as a bedroom community of Nashville and Clarksville and was incorporated in 1996. Residents enjoy no property taxes and a middle school that has been nationally honored.

Coopertown used to be a huge producer of the barrels used for Robertson County whiskey, but that ended in the 1880s. It’s named after the coopers that used to make the barrels, which were used at the Nelson's Distillery in Greenbrier.

The city was named as a speed-trap because the speed limit goes from 45 to 35 rather fast and many drivers have been ticketed going through the city.

Biscuit Love has been known as a top food truck for quite some time. Recently, they opened an actual restaurant found at 316 11th Avenue in Nashville. This restaurant has been in the works for a few months and now you can get the best biscuits in town without tracking down the food truck.

The location is right on the corner of Pine Street and 11th Avenue. It's on the first floor near Bar Louis in the Velocity Building. This makes it very convenient and very easy to find.
