New Gulch Neighborhood Eateries

You can expect to see the following coming to Gulch: 

  • Biscuit Love Brunch
  • Up, A Rooftop Lounge
  • Prima
  • Chauhan Ale and Masala House

Biscuit Love Brunch is actually a food truck that will now have a brick and mortar store. They specialize in brunch, breakfast and biscuits.

Up, A Rooftop Lounge is going to offer small dishes and cocktails for a nighttime hot spot. You’ll love the views from there.

Regent Partners LLC is bringing a mixed-user tower to Midtown Nashville.  This exciting project is going to bring a mixed-used development to the northeast corner of 19th and Broadway located in Midtown.

It’s going to be a 25-story residential structure to include a 220-room hotel, retail and a parking structure. The goal is to get Gen Y professionals to have more options in the city for live-work-play. Here is what the plans are for the upcoming mixed-use tower in Midtown.
