It is so much more than just famous singers who made it big and were born here. It is a place that explores how music starts from the very beginning. There are a number of songwriter clubs in Nashville, for example, that play a huge role in the development of music in the city.

The surrounding neighborhoods will get the privilege of enjoying a brand new four point six million dollar community center. This is part of an effort to rebuild aging community centers all over Davidson County.

This community center was opened in early June. Area District 17 councilwoman Sandra Moore and Mayor Karl Dean had the honor of cutting the ribbon to this brand new facility.
