Alan Schaefer relates to many of his clients, as he recently moved to Nashville, TN for better weather and new opportunities! After 13 years of living in snowy Wisconsin, Alan, and his girlfriend, packed up and headed to Music City. Alan decided to pursue a career in real estate after tons of prior experience in hospitality services. His passion for working with people drove him to be interested in a new career.

Prior to real estate he worked in the food industry for 8 years and gained tons of valuable experience as a restaurant manager. Alan’s organizational skills and understanding of customer service give him the tools he needs to be a successful real estate agent.
