For the first time in several years, people interested in downsizing to Westhaven will have a new condominium option with the new Town Center Homes built by Regent Homes. There is a 40-person horticultural department that maintains the lavish gardens in the common grounds and provides resident gardeners with the knowledge and help they need to keep their gardens blooming. The annual Westhaven Courtyard Garden Tour is a popular event for Franklin residents.
