I truly love being a Realtor. In my first profession I was a physician. I really enjoyed helping people, but not the medical insurance industry. I started buying and selling real estate during my years of practice and came to love it. My family and I relocated to Tennessee in 2006 from Florida. We were looking for a good place to raise our three children and we found the perfect location in the Nashville area. I then started a full time real estate career, and have never looked back since.
My goal is to help my clients find a house that they can call home, and to make the process as stress free as possible. I keep my clients well informed on all aspects of the home, so they know when they make an offer, they have the knowledge they need to make a sound decision.
I walk my buyers through the entire home buying process. I begin with emailing them listings in their desired areas. Next I help them make the best offer, and assist the buyer with finding a lender. I also help set up the home inspection, and I am present during the actual inspection, and right on to closing.
I am an agent who lets the buyer choose their home. I never push a home on a client, I let the home sell itself. As a Designated Agent for the Buyer I work as an advocate for the best interests of the buyer.
