Since creating The Ashton Real Estate Group in 2004 Gary Ashton has seen many changes in the way real estate lead generation and teams have developed. As with any organization that grow's having a structure and support staff that works as one is vital for continued growth and success and the the follow people all have been a huge part of the team's evolution into the #1 Real Estate Team in Tennessee.
Gary Ashton is the founder of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage. Starting as a one man operation with a virtual assistant in 2003, the team has now grown to over 70 agents and over 6 people helping to support the agents and run the business that in 2015 had a sales volume of over $235 million.
The key to any successful brokerage is having a managing broker that not only has the respect and admiration of all of the agents and staff, but one that genuinely cares about the success of everyone in the organization. Debra Beagle is a co owner and the managing broker and since joining the team in 2010, has been instrumental in the growth and development of the team and a huge part of the success.
Jonny Lee is also a co owner of the brokerage and has been with the team since 2004. Jonny has brought his extensive knowledge of real estate and the real estate business and has become a huge resource for the agents on the team. Jonny's weekly training classes have become a huge favorite with the agents and Jonny is always on hand to help the agents with any questions regarding contracts and business development.
As the office manage and executive administrator Ginger Huck has transformed the hap hazzard growth of the team into a well oiled machine. Since starting with team, Ginger really has enabled us to grow without any of the usual growing pains due to her undeniable efficiency and love of organizing.
Brittany Jones is the warm and friendly face that greets every visitor to the office as well as answering any incoming calls, but like Ginger, she has a love of organization and structure, that has become a tremendous help to Ginger in the past year.
As with any growing real estate team, the need for help with follow ups and assisting the agents with their daily business is vital. We have 4 ISA's who each help the agents as personal assistants with admin activities to make each agent's life a lot more efficient and productive.
