As far back as Ryan can remember he's loved to build things. Whether he's making deals or developing a property, he is excited to start with nothing, put the pieces together, and create something special. His journey from Legos to land development has been an interesting one. Ryan graduated from Tennessee with a finance degree in the middle of the financial collapse. This obstacle led to opportunities as a political operative, a lobbyist, and a growth strategist for one of Nashville's hottest tech startups. He was fortunate to be a part of some historic achievements, meet great people, and gain valuable mentors. Ryan used these experiences to hone the skills that would benefit him later as a Realtor and developer.
