Nashville Real Estate Market

The Greater Nashville association of Realtors released the sales figures for December 2007. This showed a decline in sales from the previous year but do not show a collapse in the market as seen in other town and cities across the United States.

In the first 1/4 of 2012 sales of homes in nashville have seen a dramatic spike upwards and the realtors on The Ashton Real Estate Group team have seen more and more evidence of a reviving real estate market with lots of examples of multiple ofers on homes that only 6 months ago were stagnant.

Nashville Tennessee has retained it's universal appeal and inquiries regarding homes for sale and property is showing no signs for slowing down. In fact our site receives between 15 and 40 inquiries a day and this is January which is considered the slow season!
