Nashville Lofts

There has been a resurgence in the development of lofts in Nashville as well as the rest of the United States.

Buildings that in the past would have just been torn down and then used as a site for new construction are now being valued for the historical significance and architectural interest. Its impossible to recreate a historically interesting structure that captures the ambience of all that has gone before. Places like Werthan Mills were once huge paper mills and were built of stone and lumber that, in todays terms, just wouldn't be cost effective at all.

the conversion of these old warehouses and in somecase office blocks has produced some very cool apartments and lofts that appeal not only to the artistic market in Nashville but to buyers who apprciate history and design.
