  I just closed on a property in Nashville with one of your agents, Jason Kaczmarski, and I just wanted you to know how incredibly helpful he was throughout the entire process.  I know I can't have been the easiest client since I have a ridiculous schedule, limited availability, and tend to call at random hours.  

Jason made himself available at all times with near instant return of all communications and accommodated all my problems with availability.  I had to be at work continuously throughout the closing process and was not able to be present physically, so it was especially important to me to have someone I could trust on my side.  He made special arrangements to check on the property during the flooding and met me on a Saturday night to give me the keys since I would only be in town that day.  He went above and beyond and I appreciate all his help.  I will definitely recommend him and your agency to all the fellows and residents arriving here this summer.

Jason was attentive, personable, and wanting to match us with the right house. He was willing to meet with us any time we needed him and was wonderful about giving us his true opinion about properties we saw. Jason was also fantastic about communicating with us on properties we might have missed in our searches and while we were in negotiations.
