Ira Allen Blonder was a principal of a regional mortgage field service firm, representing a consortium of lending institutions, Wall Street investment firms, insurance companies, as well as national real estate relocation companies, servicing their commercial and residential “OREO� portfolios with a combined value exceeding one-hundred million dollars. Mr. Blonder provides both corporate real estate and financial advisory services to publicly traded and privately held companies, offering merger, acquisition, disposition, liquidity and growth services to mid-level companies.

Working in conjunction with United States Bankruptcy Trustees, Mr. Blonder administrated companies petitioning the court for bankruptcy protection. In that regard, he developed a unique discipline, frequently participating in company evaluations, dispositions, restructurings, creditor negotiations and the liquidation of company assets.
