Governors Club Membership Opportunities

GOLD MEMBERSHIP

Gold Memberships allow unlimited golf for the entire family. Members do not pay greens fees or cart fees but
are responsible for guest fees, minimums, and all other fees and charges associated with membership.

Members also have unlimited use of the pool and clubhouse, and may attend all golf and social events at the
club. Gold Membership provides an 80% redemption value on initiation fee as outlined in by laws.
Gold Member will also receive a 25% discount on initiation fee with purchase of a developer lot.
Discount must be applied at closing of lot.

$10,000 Membership Deposit | $535 Monthly Dues

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Associate Memberships are available for those under the age of 37. Membership allows unlimited golf for the
entire family. Members do not pay greens fees or cart fees but are responsible for guest fees, minimums, and all
other fees and charges associated with membership. Members also have unlimited use of the pool and clubhouse, and may attend all golf and social events at the club. Members pay a down payment, and the balance of the initiation fee is paid in three installments annually.
Once fully paid, they are considered Gold Members.

$4,000 Down Payment | $355 Monthly Dues

BRONZE MEMBERSHIP

Bronze Members may enjoy all pool and clubhouse privileges and non-golf-related social events. Members may
play golf 12 times per year on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but must call ahead for availability. Members
must pay dues, guest fees, and minimums.

$1,500 Initiation Fee | $105 Monthly Dues

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

Corporate Memberships allow full members access to the club facilities. Individual Designees' Family members
have unlimited use of dining, pool, and may attend all golf and social events at the club, but would be subject to
a ‘family guest fee' when playing golf. Family Corporate Members do not pay greens fees or cart fees but are
responsible for guest fees, minimums, and all other fees and charges associated with membership.

$1,000-non-refudale transfer fee to move membership within the company to somebody else

limited to once per year.

$10,000 Initiation Fee for 2 Designees

$485-Individual | $565-Family Monthly Dues

SENIOR MEMBERSHIP

Senior Memberships allow unlimited golf for the entire family. Members do not pay greens fees or cart fees but
are responsible for guest fees, minimums, and all other fees and charges associated with membership.
Members also have unlimited use of the pool and clubhouse, and may attend all golf and social events at the
club. To qualify for this membership, you must be over the age of 70.

$10,000 Initiation Fee | $479 Monthly Dues

NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP

National Memberships allow unlimited golf for the entire family. Members do not pay greens fees or cart fees
but are responsible for guest fees, minimums, and all other fees and charges associated with membership.
Members also have unlimited use of the pool and clubhouse, and may attend all golf and social events at the
club. To qualify for this membership, you must reside outside a 100-mile radius of The Governors Club.

$10,000 Initiation Fee | $265 Monthly Dues

RESIDENT SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

Social Members may enjoy all pool and clubhouse privileges and non-golf-related social events. Members must
pay dues, guest fees, and minimums. To qualify, you must be a resident of The Governors Club community. A
two-year commitment is required

No Initiation Fee | $53 Monthly Dues

Member enjoys all clubhouse privileges. Member may play golf 12 times per year on Tuesday-Thursday. Must call ahead for availability.
