Governors Club Membership Info

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP NO INITIATION FEE FOR LIMITED TIME $50 MONTHLY DUES

Member must be a resident of The Governors Club. Social members enjoy full use of the clubhouse and related facilities, including the clubhouse swimming pool.  Numerous Social Events and array of dining choices are offered.  No golf related privileges.  GOLF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES

Monthly Dues are All Inclusive. (Cart Fees, Bag Storage, Range Privileges, ect Inlcuded)

$150 per quarter food minimum applies to all memberships.

Members enjoy the following benefits:

• Unlimited use of our Arnold Palmer designed 18-hole course and related facilities for the member, his or her spouse, and dependent children under age 25 living at home• Unlimited use of driving range, putting green and practice area

• Unlimited electric golf cart use for member, spouse and approved children over the age of 16

• Bag storage

• Unlimited use of Swimming Pool and all Clubhouse facilities

• Dues are tax included

• No tee-times required

• A full tournament schedule

GOLD MEMBERSHIP $40,000 INITIATION FEE $525 MONTHLY DUES

60% redemption value on initiation fee. Member will receive a $10,000 discount on initiation fee with purchase of a developer lot. Discount must be applied at closing of lot.SILVER MEMBERSHIP $5000 INITIATION FEE $525 MONTHLY DUES

Member enjoys all golf and clubhouse privileges. BRONZE MEMBERSHIP $1500 INITIATION FEE $100 MONTHLY DUES

Member enjoys all clubhouse privileges. Member may play golf 12 times per year on Tuesday-Thursday. Must call ahead for availability.
