Mostly level to slight sloping. Most residences are located on a flat plat of ground, however there are a few houses that sit on a sloped area. When entering the subdivision, the streets do slope downward a bit with the hills of western Franklin seen in the back drop. Some small man-made carved sloping hills are located at the northern entrance and in some of the common green space areas behind houses.
