Downtown Nashville Condos & Lofts
It is only in the very recent past that the City of Nashville has allowed buildings in the downtown area to be zoned residential. In fact at the beginning of the 1990's there were no full-time residents in Downtown Nashville. As the zoning regulations were changed, more and more people took advantage of the new rentable spaces available.
