Downtown Nashville Condos & Lofts
It is only in the very recent past that the City of Nashville has allowed buildings in the downtown area to be zoned residential. In fact at the beginning of the 1990's there were no full-time residents in Downtown Nashville. As the zoning regulations were changed, more and more people took advantage of the new rentable spaces available. This confirmed that there was a demand for living and working in the downtown core, and prompted the next stage of development, which was building and converting existing units for sale as lofts and condos in Downtown Nashville.
