Donelson encompasses most of the Nashville zip code of 37214.  On it's southern end lies Nashville International Airport, and it extends north to the Cumberland River at the Briley Parkway Bridge.  Briley also borders Donelson to the west, and extends east to the city of Hermitage.  Quick access to downtown is provided via the Music City Star commuter rail, and via I-40 west or Lebanon Road.

BNA houses American Airlines, American Eagle, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Skyway, Southwest Airlines, United Express, US Airways, Air Canada, as well as providing non-stop flights to 48 major domestic airports (OCT 2010)
BNA offers shuttle service (often free!) to many nearby hotels in the Donelson area.
