Dallas Downs Franklin TN Homes for Sale
One of the two parcels mentioned above became Dallas Downs and the other is now known as Polk Place. The Dallas Downs subdivision consists of just over 330 homes. Most of the homes were constructed between 1990-1995. They range in size from 1700 square feet to 3500 square feet. Most recent sale prices have ranged between $230,000 up to $410,000.
Location of Dallas Downs
The Dallas Downs subdivision is located just south of the Mack Hatcher bypass off Lewisburg Pike in Franklin, TN. If offers easy access to Interstate 65, Cool Springs, Thompson's Station and downtown Franklin. Nashville is an easy 25-30 minute commute. The Cool Springs area offers every type of shop and restaurant that you can imagine. The area is also the home of numerous corporate offices including the North American headquarters of NISSAN.
Historic Franklin
Franklin is an All-American type town. It offers a town square, locally owned shops, restaurants and professional offices. A variety of annual events take place downtown each year, including: Main Street Festival, Bluegrass on the Harpeth, Franklin on the Fourth, Pumpkin Festival and Dickens Christmas. Schools
Families living in Dallas Downs are zoned for several of the most sought after schools in Williamson County and in the Nashville area. The current schools are: Oak View Elementary, Page Middle and Centennial High.
Home Owners Association
The Dallas Downs Community Association (DDCA) is in place to maintain the playground, pool, tennis courts, pavilion and common areas. There is a Board of Directors who manages the various projects and maintains the overall appearance of the community.
