Its going to be an interesting day on Sunday for real estate and open houses. It's the day of the World Cup Final and with America taking a greater interest in soccer we could see a slight slow down while the game is being played.
Open houses generally generally don't do as well when the Titans are playing football games at home and this Sunday we'll see how the World Cup football/soccer game affects the open house traffic. Buyers may be wanting to stay home and watch the game or take a trip to LP Field for some live action atmosphere.
The Tennessee Titans actually hosted one of the qualifying matches for the World Cup and now they have decided to open LP Field for the finals and show the game on the jumbo screens.
