Laura is already showing homes in Donelson, Bellevue and the West End area.
Being a new realtor in a tough real estate market is always challenging when it comes to working with new clients. Laura was infact recommended to the team by TAREG member Barbara Childs. In light of Barbaras sales this year, and the Laura's desire to become part of a successful real estate team, joing the TAREG team was a no brainer.
After spending a few hours with Gary Ashton, Laura instantly saw the benefit of being part of an operation that would allow her to work virtually with new real estate buyers until they got to the point of actual;ly wanting to see homes.
As almost 97% of buyers start their home searches on line, TAREG are ideally placed to help kickstart the careers of real estate agents joing the team.
Although there are no guarentees in real estate two of the newest members to the team, Krystal and Mark, both have has closings this week and have only been on the team for around 3 months.
