The Ragin’ Cajun Crawfish Boil is coming to town this April and it’s going to be a deliciously fun time. The 2015 celebration is the 16th year for the event. It’s taking place April 11th from 4pm-9pm at Cumberland Park and is going to feature all-you-can-drink cold craft beer, authentic Louisiana crawfish and sides, plus live entertainment. Not only do you benefit for good food and entertainment, but you’ll be supporting a good cause. Here is a look at what the Ragin’ Cajun Crawfish Boil is all about.
What to Expect
The 16th Annual Ragin’ Cajun Crawfish Boil is hosted by the Nashville Junior Chamber and proceeds will be benefiting the Special Olympics of Tennessee. The event typically sees around 2,000 guests annually and features around 3,000 pounds of fresh crawfish.
Along with all-you-can-eat crawfish, you’ll get to enjoy delicious side dishes, all-you-can-drink beer and there will be live entertainment. Local bands will be performing and will be announced soon.
The event takes place from 4pm-9pm on April 11th at Cumberland Park across the river from downtown Nashville near the Titan’s stadium. For a discount on tickets in advance, use the code “GURU” for $5 off admission. Early bird ticket buyers will only pay $39.95 which is a discount from ticket price by purchasing at the gate.
VIP Tickets will cost $75 which gets you early admission at 3pm, a separate beer line, a free 22-ounce beer stein and a VIP air-conditioned bathroom.
General admission will cost $44.95 until April 4th, $49.95 from April 5th-11th, and $55 at the door if its not sold out. Admission is strictly to 21 years and older.
