Buds ‘N’ Suds is coming to Nashville this September. It originally began as a tribute to the creator that had suffered from Crohn’s disease. Creators Cory Gierman and Jason Krupek started Buds ‘N’ Suds as a way to raise money through silent auction, a concert, and a canoe trip. It’s reached its 16th year running and is sure to be another great day this September.
Where is the Event?
The event will be held at the Anthem across from 12th and Porter. It’s located at 125 12th Avenue North in Nashville, TN. The event starts at 5:00pm.
Tickets will cost $50 for the Early Bird Special and can be bought online. You’ll receive special viewing at the concert, a free food option and two drink tickets with your purchase.
What is the cause?
The creators of Buds ‘N’ Suds serve on the CCFA Tennessee chapter board of directors. The CCFA is the non-profit volunteer-driven organization that is working to cure Crohn’s disease as well as ulcerative colitis. The organization is so important because every 18 minutes someone is diagnosed with the disease and it can by life-altering. Since there is no cure for the disease, fundraisers like Buds ‘N’ Suds make a huge difference in working for a cure.
The CCFA sponsors research and educational programs for doctors and patients. They have no funding from the government, so only contributions from the public are keeping them going.

The list of performers will be announced soon. The event has had some big names in the past such as:
