The Tennessee Titans and Ole South Builders
Posted by Gary Ashton: ADMIN on Friday, August 20th, 2010 at 10:09pm.On Wednesday I had the opportunity to tour the Titans football stadium and get a fantastic behind the scenes tour. Luckily I have managed to be a spectator at quite a few games over the last two years, and was present at the amazing comeback game when Vince Young seemed to shake off any of the chains of his past performances!
LeAnne Constantine, one of the realtors on my team, was actually responsible for getting me on the tour as she had sold a home, or two, with Ol South Builders who are based in Murfreesboro TN. They are actually Tennessee's number 1 home builder. The tour was put on by Ole South for the successful agents and luckily for me LeAnne had a previous engagement and so hse arranged for me to take her place.
Ole South Builders
I was actually surprised how informative the pre tour meeting was and found out that Ole South had a large number of developments that I wasn't aware of. In fact they have 6 developments in Davidson county which have homes all under $110,000 and they also have 11 developments in Rutherford Countyranging from the low $100,000 to the low $200,000's. The main surprise to me was that they now have 4 developments in the Springhill area which actually totals 21 communities in Tennessee.
One benefit of being at the meeting is that our team now has the opportunity to have a team meeting at one of the new developments in Springhill and have a chance to really learn more about the Ole South product as this information is going to be invaluable when talking to buyers looking for new construction under $250,000 in the greater Nashville area.

After the luch and talk about the homes for sale we all were taken on a behind the scenes tour of the Titans facility. I managed to bring along my camera so snapped a few pics of the meeting and then took quite a few of the behind the scenes of the Titans organisation. One place that everyone wants to go is to be able to walk out on to the actual field. Thsi is something atht most people get to see but very few people get the opportunity to actually walk out of the players tunnel. I did take some video so I'm going to try and post that here too. In the meantime here are a few pictures of the day :)
