Although it's far better known for its musical attractions, Nashville is also a great place to shop. There are dozens of shopping malls and stores spread around the city, and each one of them is quite unique, so you may well want to check all of them out.

The Arcade

Although it could hardly be described as modern, the Arcade absolutely deserves a mention. Located in downtown Nashville, the arcade is by far and away the oldest more in the city. The arcade first opened more than 100 years ago, and to this day continues the welcome shoppers. The Morley, but few of its kind that remains today in the entire world, so it's well worth a visit even if only from a nostalgic point of view.

100 Oaks Mall

If you're looking for a very shopping experience with dozens of different choices, 100 Oaks, just a few minutes from downtown Nashville, is the ultimate shopping destination. The mall is much more easily accessible than many of Nashville's larger malls. As well as being a Mecca for all kinds of fashion stores, 100 Oaks small is also notable for its health and beauty clinics – currently there are around 20 clinics at the more, taking up almost half of the available commercial space.

Bellevue Center

Located just off of Interstate 40, in the West of Nashville, the Bellevue Centre is one of the city's most upscale shopping and entertainment attainment venues.

CoolSprings Galleria

With more than 165 stores, and a 500-seater oasis food court, CoolSprings Galleria area is one of the most popular shopping malls in Nashville at the moment. You can find just about any kind of shop here, from fashion stores and jewellery stores, to electrical shops and bookstores, not to mention all the souvenir shops that make it an ideal destination for tourists.

Hickory Hollow Mall

Although Hickory Hollow more is one of the smallest shopping malls in Nashville, it nevertheless offers a fantastic shopping experience. There are several department stores located here, as well as around a dozen or so specialty stores selling consumer goods of the like that you’ll probably never be able to find anywhere else.

Opry Mills

Last but not least, Opry Mills offers great value shopping and entertainment. The mall is packed full of specialty shops, as well as all the major shopping stores you’ll never need, such as Bass Pro Shops. Entertainment wise, options include The Aquarium, an IMAX theatre, the rainforest cafe, and many more.
