The second annual City Farmhouse Pop-Up Show is coming to Franklin, Tennessee this October. This event offers antique shopping, book signings, live music, food trucks and more. You won’t want to miss out on one of the city’s new favorite annual events.
What to Expect
The design and shopping event will take place on Friday, October 17th from 9am – 5pm and Saturday, October 18th from 8am – 3pm. The events taking place at the “lost in time” gardens and mansion of late music publisher Buddy Killen.
Stop by the City Farmhouse at 3090 Old Hillsboro Road where David and Kim Leggett, renowned antique “pickers,” offer incredible antique and artisan goods. You can find some unique antiques during the event.
They are also bringing interior stylist from Sweden, Nina Hartmann, as the celebrity guest. She is a designer and author popular for her “VintagebyNina” books and blog. Guests will get to interact with Nina Hartmann and leading up to the show.
The Leggett’s will be offering a ticketed event with a chance to win lunch with Hartmann to discuss business and her inspiration. There will be another celebrity guest but they have not yet been announced.

Admission will cost $10 per day or $15 for a weekend pass. Your ticket is admission to the show and includes demonstrations and musical performances. You can purchase in advance for $25 a person by calling 615-268-0216 or purchase at the gate.
