Coming in just a few weeks, the TACA Tennessee Craft Fair will hit the city with over 200 artists and over 45,000 guests in attendance. This will be held on the lawn of Centennial Park and will features many different things. With a little bit of everything on display, this is one of the most popular events held at the Parthenon in Nashville. Choose from the many different crafts on display for gifts or just keep one for yourself.
Not only will crafts be on display and up for sale, but also guests can enjoy plenty of food vendors, kid's activities and so much more. Spend time meeting the artists behind the crafts, learn about their inspiration and find out all about the materials they use for all their different pieces. This is a one-of-a-kind event and provides plenty of fun for the entire family.
From artist demonstrations to the Publix Kids' Tent, you can find plenty to do at the fair. The goal of TACA, which is a nonprofit organization, is to education all guests about the artists and crafts on display. They focus their efforts on encouraging, promoting and developing crafts through the Tennessee area with statewide programs and events.
The event will cover three days, May 3, 4 & 5 and will be open from 10am to 6pm on Friday and Saturday and from 10am to 5pm on Sunday. The event is open to the public and free for all in attendance. You can enjoy all the crafts, food and even the Musicians corner on Saturday from 2pm to 5pm.
If you can't make it in May, there will be another TACA Craft Fair in the Fall from September 27th to 29th. Make sure to circle all these dates on your calendar and come out to enjoy craft demonstrations, food, entertainment and more.
